ALERT January 24, 2012 Annual School Election The Senate and Assembly both passed legislation that was signed into law by the Governor.  The law establishes procedures for districts, municipalities, or voters to move the annual school election to November and eliminates voting on school budgets for such districts, except for separate proposals to spend above cap.  Please click here to see a summary of the new law.
