Greetings Parents and Students,
We welcome you to Fine Elementary School, home of the Fine Falcon!  For those of you who are new to the Fine Family, we are thrilled that you will be joining our school community.
 For Your Information:
  • Fine School opens its doors to students at 8:50 a.m. daily. Breakfast begins promptly at 8:50 a.m. in the classroom and ends at approximately 9:05 a.m. Instruction begins at 9:07 a.m. Students are considered late for school after 9:05 a.m.
  • Dismissal begins at 3:37 p.m. daily (except for half days)
  • Any students not picked up by 3:45 p.m., will be brought to the Main Office for parent pick up. Please be prepared to show proper Identification to sign students out.
To ensure that students are present in school and are given every educational opportunities, we strongly encourage them to maintain acceptable attendance, which includes being punctual to school. Letters will be issued for tardiness and excessive absenteeism. Please continue to instill the importance of coming to school daily and being on time! If students are ill, a doctor’s note must be provided in order to excuse the absence. Please view the website for Attendance Policy under the Parents tab.

Additionally, please avoid picking up students early from school. Unless there is an emergency, an appointment, or communication from the school for students to be picked up, or other situations that qualify, students should not be picked up before dismissal at 3:37 p.m. Please keep in mind that when students consistently leave early, they are missing vital instruction, which could affect their grades and their overall understanding of the concepts taught in class.
We hope that you will join us on this educational quest to cultivate Super Fine students. We look forward to your continued support and to working with you and with your children to make this a very exciting and productive school year!
