OPRA Request Form

Please complete and submit the form below in order to obtain open public records from the Pennsauken Board of Education. Your request will automatically be emailed to the Custodian of Records, John Ogunkanmi, john.ogunkanmi@pennsauken.net and Administrative Assistant, Sherry Nieves, sherry.nieves@pennsauken.net.

Pre-payment of fees for your request may be required. Please refer to the Official GRC form for the schedule of fees and further instructions regarding the OPRA request process.
